CURRENT SUGGESTIONS WE ARE CONSIDERING: Please give us feedback on these or anything else you have a question or concern about!

We are currently considering whether or not to allow VOIP.
Battle cap definitely didn't work as we expected so we will most likely stick with all charges.
We are considering banning TNT crates.
We are considering doing spec signups the night of versus 7pm on Fridays before.
We are open to new maps from siege mapmakers.
We will vet all siege maps in the future more thoroughly and institute anti spawn camp measures if need be
We are considering banning FOC.

Maybe limit forward spawns there was over 9 when we played on Attackers most being empty

Mao selection is an issue that I can definitely see, because of the increased effectiveness of guns in BCoF compared to NW, many maps will have issues on spawns and hill camping. As such, we will definitely need to rely more on custom maps, with better spawns, cover, and balance. Unfortunately until such maps are made by the community, we will be stuck with the inbuilt game maps as well as random terrain maps.

Spawn camping is really only an issue on the Fort Henry-Lyon map. Limit forward spawns, but not drastically, maybe to like 4-5. Enable VOIP, people who don't want it or get annoyed by it can simply turn it off on their client side. And I'd say disable tnt because they are a big hinderince on fps, and they shouldn't be needed with attacking arty doing their job

I'd like to hear feedback from other people that attended or the hosts. While FOC is understandable outside of all charge, I think that during all charges FOC should not be allowed. The Friday event last week tried this out and I think it went pretty well. There were like actual lines for the melee which was cool instead of the mass of men trying to avoid getting shot swerving around.

Rule Changelog for the 3/6 event:

Admin roster updated: Moraine, Hess, COPOT, Jadog, Shrooms, Stryker have been added.

VoIP will be enabled, remember that everyone does have a setting to turn it off. As always however, racism/other offensive voice will end in a kick or ban.

TNT will be disabled.

New custom maps added.

Firing on the charge (FOC) will be allowed during the match, but disallowed during all charge.

Tags will be strictly enforced. If any member of your regiment does not have regimental tags on, they will be kicked.

Again, thank you all for coming, we almost hit 400 tonight! In regards to the technical issues during the first half, we are considering two options and will everyone updated.

Our first course of action is to check with our current server host (BGM) and see if there was issue on their end, and also explore other server hosts.

If indeed the game is not optimized enough to handle sieges of this size yet, we are also considering swapping to a full linebattle until optimization improves.

As always, we are open to regimental feedback, so please let KingAoe or myself know if there is something you'd like to see changed.
