The 1er Regiment de Chasseurs-à-Pied de la Garde Impériale is a North American regiment that role plays as the legendary 1er Chassuers of the Old Guard, an elite French fighting force serving under Napoleon. As a regiment, we strive for perfection in everything. We aim to cut down foes through thundering volleys and terrifying bayonet charges as the original 1er Chassuers did.

Chapter 1, Book Of The Velites
Enlistment as a Velite takes a week or so to receive a promotion to Soldat (Sol), To Be Promoted Above Velite, Follow These Simple Guidelines.
1. Being Active - Make all of our linebattles, be at the entire event and notify officers when you will not be able to make events.
2. Maturity - I perfer a mature player over a skilled player anyday. Because a mature player can learn to become skilled and he will always handle situations properly. This includes being quiet in a battle or just saying GG at the end of games.
3. Obediance-Follow all orders given by an officer without question or complaint. Even if your idea is military genius worthy and fool proof, your suggestions have no place on the battlefield unless you ask respectfully and very rarely. Too many people have betters ideas and second guessing commands in battle ruins order and discipline. Make suggestions on the forum or message us to your hearts desire.
Chapter 2, Service Expectations
1. Soldiers who do not meet these standards will be removed from the regiment. This is our top number one requirement for members. If you are given a direct order that goes against one on this list it is fine to ask.
2. Punching, kicking, stabbing or worst of all killing team members in training or in a public server is bad for discipline. If you think this is ok leave the regiment and save us some time. The Colonel and Lt.Colonel are the exception to this rule in order to enforce discipline.
3. Showing up for training is extremely important. If you are going to miss an official training you have to inform one of the officers about it.
4. Be respectful and kind to fellow members. We are not here to argue and insult another in our free time or in battle. Being mean to people won't get you far in this regiment, and you will probably be kicked out.
6. Keep talking on Teamspeak to a minimum during training and events. Everyone wants to hear their orders clearly and leave the event without a headache. Be smart with your use of Teamspeak during these times.
7. Our regiment is Mostly North American. We use English to communicate both on Teamspeak and the forums. If you would like to speak otherwise please use
steam. We are a friendly regiment, so try your English and no one will be mean to you.
