Team England transfers, to my knowledge have gone way over 3.
Vol has left twice, meaning he's now in his 3rd appearance in Team ENG.
That's ~2 transfers (MaNdAr1nCh1k replaced him, not sure who else did the other time)
Maurice has been added to roster since, so there's another transfer, that's down to 1 so far.
Asian I don't remember seeing on the roster beforehand, so there's another? That's down to 0.
Hertz has left, been possibly replaced by Vol again? We're down to -1
But I hear Python has been added? -2
By my calculations, there are no available transfers for either. Depending when Asian was added.
Either way, no further Team Eng changes can occur, including the return of Vol.
If we remove someone who hasnt played in an official. Its not a transfer.
If team isnt at 14, its not a transfer (did it for other teams, hence why some teams still have 3 transfers (wales eg)
Mandarin was added before the deadline, just didnt update England Roster.
Adding maurice wont count as he didnt play an official and were at 13 players. Brings it to 14, Python will be our first transfer for 2ooth. Voluble for ****

I can understand some teams being granted extras if they started with <14, but with team Eng you started with 14.
