Why should we choose you? 1) Other than NA groupfighting its the only thing I play. I have many hours sunk into this server and I want to give back to the community of this server.
2) I also want to try being a admin not just on regimental servers.
3) I am very active and would work hard to make sure the server would continue seeing new people and have the new people who come in understand the rules.
4)also Id be happy to talk to you over team speak or steam for anymore questions that you may have.

I found quite a few methods to get people to join.
First of all I usually ask my principle to do my daily recruitment message for my regiment. It usually goes along the lines of, "Hello everyone, I run a hardcore regiment with strict discipline and standards. We use PTS in all of our events and offer an artillery company in addition to our line." This usually gets around 30 recruits a week as people are entranced by the idea just like in any normal high school.
I also find that sending smoke signals is a surefire way to get people to join. The small minority that reads smoke signals will do anything to hang out with fellow smoke signalers.
Finally, I find that going into other regiments teamspeaks and then publicly recruiting in there will get a great deal of members. Of course I always use a VPN as to not get banned on my main and I also use a voicechanger to cover up all loose ends. To date I've been able to sway over 100 members from other regiments.

Why would you be a good admin:Know the rules on the server. Very active on it hate it when people troll and disregard the rules making the rounds take longer and making others get frustrated. I may just have duels within the regiment i'm in and have you fight for your state. If multiple people have the same state they would duel each other first. Also i plan to contact other regiments that i know. We can make this happen, we will not have all 50 states. But if we made it dueling we should have at least 30-40 states playing.

We host a tourney involving states who fight each other. (kinda like how EU has the countrys face off.
You would need at least 4 people from each state for a groupfighting team or you could duel within your state to find a rep who would go on to fight other states.

Why should we choose you?:I very Dedicated with whatever I do. In my first regiment i  became 3rd in command aka Hpt. Which took many months of active being a good admin on our regiment server and listen to my Commanding Officer's with a great deal of respect. I also care very deeply for public duel and NA groupfighting for it has made me one of the better melee's in my regiment. So I want to give back to the server and the public duel community! This is the first time that i would have not admin for a regiment so i'm really looking forward to the experience if you give me the opportunity!
