Hello and welcome to the 77th Saturday LB
This will be a weekly event hosted on a mixture of custom, random and offcial maps.
There will be a total of 4 rounds lasting for up an hour total, each side will defend and attack twice.
The Page for this event is still work in progress so please make sure everyone has read the rules before the event starts.
We are taking signups now so that we know what size maps to use and how many specialist units will be up for grabs.
All regimental reps are required to be on at least ten minutes before the event starts in order to sign up with attendance numbers and to request specialist units such as arty, sharps and eventually cav. Please attend otherwise specialists unit slots may be given to another regiment.

1) Event Rules:
These rules apply to all units unless specifically stated that they are excluded from them.
A - No Fire In Charge. (FIC)
B - No Reloading In Charge. (RIC)
C - No Firing Out of Formation. (FOF)
D - No .
E - If less than 5 must join a friendly line.
F - Specialist Units will be assigned before the event starts by organiser
G - 10% of the team is allowed as Sharps ( 1 - 2 Units per team max)
H - Arty Cannons are limited to 1 per 50 players per team.
I - Rounds will be set to roughly 14 minutes long depending on map and pace of event.
2) Line Infantry Rules:
Unit size: 10 - 25
A - When moving around there should be no more than a 2 man gap between members.
B - No Reloading out of Line (ROL)
C - May only crouch behind cover or if in 2 or more ranks as part of a valid formation.
D - No more than 1 Officers and 2 Sergeants per 10 people ( 2 Officers and 4 Sgts for 20+)
E - May take 1 flag and 2 musicians if line is more than 15 people
F - 1 Medic per line max.
G - Line formations must be man to man with maximum of half a man spacing between people
H - When members of the line die, then the formation should be fixed to remove gaps.
3) Sharps Rules:
Unit size: 8-10
A - 1 Officer and 1 Sergeant Maximum but not required
B - Excluded from rule 1.A
C - Excluded from rule 1.E
D - Skirmisher formation is considered to be 5 man spacing
4) Arty Rules:
Unit size: 1 cannon + 4 players
A - 3 rankers per cannon (Plus a Lt or Sgt)
B - 1 Sapper per regiment
C - Any Cannon Limitations will be stated on the day.
D - Excluded from rule 1.E
E - When around arty you are considered skirmishers when repelling attacks
E - When away from Cannons Act as Line Infantry
5) General Rules:
A - Assigned regiments get priority on arty during the event but cannons can be used by other regiments if none of the preassigned regiments are using it.
B - Only 1 regiment per team will be allowed as staff. (see signup rules)
C - 1 medic per reg per team
Sign Ups:- When signing up, you are signing up as an attendee to the event each week
- Specialist sign ups (artillery and sharps) will be confirmed on the day of the event in the steam group chat.
- Please be as accurate as possible with expected numbers to aid in team balancing.
