I need to check this thread more often 

To explain the "I only played 1 tourney" thing. It is very hard to make something like this objective, and I will never claim that my list is objective cause I would just be lying. Ofc it is very subjective. And as guessed by some people I tried to make the list kind off steady, which means I don't wanna swap people down 30 places if they perform badly once or the other way around. So to be rated high means that you need to play to a certain level over a couple of months.

In ONeils example. He played in the NWWC, the one recent tourney with the Patterns, and for Constellis not that long ago. So I believe that's really enough to judge.
