Is NW already inactive in Asia，OC，Central Asia？

Apart from Europe and America, I want to know if there are other regions still active in NW?

Asia is still playing. Mainly Chinese regiments. OC I have no clue. I guess a small amount of regs like China.

Theres a fairly decent amount of players in South America, with a couple of regiments strong enough to match up against NA.
