Congratulations to all the teams which been taking part, regardless of their final placements. This format is no favourite of mine but I am glad we could see another season because clearly, people like it.
@MarxeiL Sure, there was some delay at the end and the lack of motivation could be felt on your side at the end but it's a burden many other hosts have felt before you. We are a really competitive community yet we will always remain very amateurish; therefore you cannot expect people regularly committing of their free time to organize cool stuff for our scene to always show the same level of interest/motivation. This is bound to evolve between the beginning and end of leagues. That's exactly why other less experienced but very motivated hosts such as Maskman, Crusher, Dark or others are a true blessing to the scene. Without replacing the more experienced hosts, they take on their shoulders a bit of the responsability of hosting tournaments on a regular basis and therefore keeping our scene healthy and alive.
You have hosted a shit load of tournaments other the last few years, so I hope you also take some time off for yourself. And whenever you feel the interest in hosting big projects for NW (not talking about one day tournament but stuff like the NWFL) then the only advise I can give you is to make sure you bring the best people possible by your side. They don't need to be your friends, you don't need to agree on everything but for me, having Shadey as the RGL co-host made the difference between total failure and complete success. Worth keeping in mind.
