Do you have no friends, but still want to play in a linebattle and feel like you have friends? Do you have a really girly voice, and so are under-appreciated by your regiment despite your awesome commanding ability? Regiment leader whose members can't even form a line? Then do we have the event for you!

Starting sometime in the near future, the NWCBC will be returning! Headed by myself (Owen) and Dukey, alongside anyone else willing to help.

This time, we have taken all the criticism from 2 years ago and acted upon it. The rules shall be revamped, map reworked, and units cohesion finally sorted out. No more lazy Generals!

Solo

You may sign up as a beginning rank of Lieutenant commanding a Company. You will be assigned to a group once we start the Campaign. Fill out the following:

We are an EU based regiment based on the 11e Ligne. We have a good set of officers,NCOs and Enlisted who are a great community to play with. We play for fun, so we are lenient yet still disciplined. Don't expect us to troll, nor shout at you for something trivial. We will try and make sure that you enjoy your experience. That's about as good of an introduction that I've got :3.

7th Royal Fusiliers History It was formed as a fusilier regiment in 1685 by Lord Dartmouth, George Legge, from two companies of the Tower of London guard, and was originally called the Ordnance Regiment. Most regiments were equipped with matchlock muskets at the time, but the Ordnance Regiment were armed with flintlock fusils. 8th Kings Regiment of Foot History The 8th (King's) Regiment of Foot, also referred to in short as the 8th Foot and the King's, was an infantry regiment of the British Army, formed in 1685 and retitled the King's (Liverpool Regiment) on 1 July 1881. As infantry of the line, the 8th (King's) peacetime responsibilities included service overseas in garrisons ranging from British North America, the Ionian Islands, India, and the British West Indies. The duration of these deployments varied considerably, sometimes exceeding a decade; its first tour of North America began in 1768 and ended in 1785. The regiment served in numerous conflicts during its existence, notably in the wars with France that dominated the 18th and 19th centuries, the American Revolution, the War of 1812, and the Indian rebellion of 1857 (historically referred to as the "Indian Mutiny" by Britain). As a consequence of Childers reforms, the 8th became the King's (Liverpool Regiment). A pre-existing affiliation with the city had derived from its depot being situated in Liverpool from 1873 because of the earlier Cardwell reforms. Hey guys! The British Colonial Army are proud to announce the first (that we know of) linebattle for the 1812 mod was brilliant! (Yes, I'm aware this is the NW section but shut up, go make us a sub-board). We're going to run more events, one at an EU friendly time, and one at a time better for Americans.

We will also be doing the same as the first day of the event. We will be using NW style lines on the first map,with NaS style skirmishing on the second so we can figure out which feels better to play on this mod. For the first event, we will also not be including any artillery or cavalry, just while we find our feet in the mod.

If anybody is looking to create a regiment for the mod and needs a teamspeak, feel free to add [8th]Owen on steam!

Rules - 1st Map

No killing teammates. If you need a member of your regiment killed, ask for a slay Do not rambo - Don't leave your line and attack individually Firing in a charge is allowed, reloading in a charge is not Don't flame other players. We're all here to have fun, if you don't like someone, keep it to yourself All chat is to be reserved for officers of regiments only If you can't follow these simple rules, you will be slain, kicked, and then banned. Of course if an entire regiment appears to be acting against the rules then the regiment will be banned en masse and will not be allowed to return to our events
