After some meetings and discussions between me and my fellow COs. We have decided to renamed the Skirmisher detachment into the Light Infantry detachment.
Our role as a unit and detachment hasnt changed, just simply our name and also our ranks. Below is a small table for the old and new ranks.

Previous Ranks
• Skirmisher
• Rifleman
• Marksman
• Sharpshooter
• Chosen Man		New Ranks
• Private
• Private First Class
• Marksman
• Chosen Man

This new rank layout is based off our lines ranks (hence Pvt and Pfc), the reason we are using Pvt and Pfc is that Light Infantry are Infantry so no point having "snowflake" named ranks to replace them to avoid confusion :) (ive been asked many times what rank is equal to Pvt in Skirms)
