Why would you be a good admin: I am Canadian(Label love me <3) I'm very active on the server at any time from 4pm - 12 am on most days. I am an enforcer of rules but I am also understanding and will deal with accordingly, for example if it is constant and on purpose kicks/Temp ban would be used as warnings, and if necessary and perma ban will be used.
