The chances of either NA or EU submitting a Captain are extremely low as like 95% of both communities are either unaware this is a thing or think it's a meme.

No offense, but unlike the previous 2 seasons there hasn't been a big effort from what I can tell to really get both communities involved and committed.

you should ban 80% of the community that way NA and EU have the same size player pool to pick from
