What are some very fun Free to Play games on Steam?

Just as the title says. Are there any high quality free to play games on Steam besides PlanetSide 2? Preferable singleplayer, but multiplayer is good as well.

If you don't already have it, CK2 was made free to play a while back. It's much better with DLC but next to Vic 2 is probably the best bare bones Paradox game.

I think it depends on your preferences about the game itself. If you keen on playing with your friends or some strangers from another parts of the world, multiplayer games like Dota 2 and CS:Go may satisfy you. By the way, Counter strike go is free right now, but you need to get 100 hours in it to get an access to the anti-cheating servers. But if you are a fan of single-player games, you may satisfy your introvertic personality by playing free indie games. In that case I think that you may buy single player games on the shops rather than on Steam. For example, I bought my watch dogs 2 on https://www.cdkeysforgames.com/games/steam-games/watch-dogs-2/ and got it for a huge Christmas discount. You can wait for some time and get your favourite game.

I would agree with this man here. You should not look up how to get all of the dlc for free on the internet with the base game being free on steam. You should definitely not do that it's not fun at all. I am serious.
