Is there a way i can start a list of events and the moderator can sticky it to the Popular Events?I Host a Saturday LB on NAS and the NAS board has none/Very low Publicity.

Feel free to put it where appropriate (I assume you're talking about sub-mods for M&B Warband: NW, but I don't see why that's an issue elsewhere). I can always move it.
