Another update: Tweaked a few things. Labeled 1st division as EU and 2nd division as NA. Updated Teamspeak information.

ATTENTION: The 2nd Division has held a division wide vote with all votes were tallied and counted. 2nd Division is leaving the Union Army, and reforming a new army to represent specific wants and must haves for the regiments within it.

Regiments that have left the Union Army:
7th Maine Volunteer Infantry
21st Michigan "Sherman's Volunteer's"
4th Vermont "Applebuckers"
1st U.S. Marines
27th Connecticut Volunteers
18th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry
1st Ohio Cavalry
9th Connecticut Volunteer Regiment
54th Massachusetts Colored Infantry
4th St. Louis Volunteer Artillery

The Vote was 8-1 and was done completely fair and free. I will allow a time period of 48 hours for someone to create a new thread for the army, and copy the information here.
