Official servers for the new patch?

When the new patch was first released, there were only the few official servers, this meant there were many people but this factor and the fact that the time limit was so short meant that no faction won any of the rounds. I and a few others tried asking the admin to increase the time limit but for some unknown reason the admins were not allowed to increase it. So my question, why is the time limit not increased on public servers?

I don't think it's up to the admins of the official servers, I think it's up to the FSE admins seeing as it their servers and only they can edit the server specs.
Best chance is contacting vince or some other FSE like Olaffson.
