Midnight, if u want some advice, hit me up

I used to weigh more when I was 15 and 25 CM shorter than I am now.

I'm 6'1 and weigh 73kg right now, cut quite alot for lifting and mountainbiking/Airsoft competitions.
Lifting does help your overall physique but if you want to get rid of fat then you need to do cardio, the devil's creation.
It's all about dedication too, I only started properly caring after I had some results of myself being in a better shape, drinking water really helped with that.


and after that you might become a cool larper like me

Lowkey gotta wait for the gym in my complex to open first before I can properly lift. Other than that I've been speed walking/jogging around my complex which is 90% uphill for 30-45 minutes, or until I feel like I'll die. I've been doing that recently almost daily. All I drink anyways is water, so xD.

Yeah, keep doing overall movement, push your body a little everyday and eventually everything will just go extremely easy, the biggest part I saw with myself and with others who are just starting is that they feel like the start is too heavy and they give up, once you're a few months in you're just going with the flow and pretty much set so don't give up.
Also try to eat as much healty food as possible, not much sugar nor fast food.
Diet is apart of it, unless you want to lift alot, then you'll start to eat more again.

Yeah I gotcha, I already stopped eating really shit food. I may indulge myself rarely every now and then, but I feel that's normal for anyone lmao. Overall though I'm eating home-made meals or something I can make quickly.

I eat a lot of chicken tbh, haven't had pasta in a while, but eating a lot of pasta will load you up on carbs which could be a bad thing.

Carbs arent bad lol, just look that you get enough protein and mind the overall calories
