With how many we get from my AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING recruiting skills, I say we put those men to use! And give them a leader of their skill level (Marshal) to show 'em how to play!

And yeah, Marshal is a scrub. He isn't at the same skill level as us elites. We can leave him behind to lead the parade lines for the King. Bond can lead the real fighters into battle.
