Title: how to win any FT7 free tutorial

material needed :

a good ping (under 25)
a nice mouse
an internet browser
a headset

the tutorial :

step 1- go on EU duel
step 2- tell ur opponent to come on the server
step 3- play this music

step 4- start the ft7
step 5- do some awesome feints and block chamber with ur low ping
step 6- enjoy your win

EPIC BONUS : if you want to have better reflex, go on GF server, cover one of your eye with an eye patch and train for a couple of hours, using 1 eye will allow you to train your reflexes + it is very important to control your breathe during a duel, here a simple schema on how to breathe well

excellent tutorial, the breathing is what helped me the most , once I locked down that breathing technique my skill skyrocketed
