Name of the person causing mischief: Deenieh, Jackkanoe & Germanicus
Their offense and what they were doing up until then:Building towers and ladders to get on rooftops, and teamkilling. Deenieh and Jackkanoe did this for a couple of rounds, Germanicus teamkilled me because I was trying to destroy their tower which lead to the roof (which they destroyed once they were on top)
How long ago? (Time and date of their offense): 9/27/2013 at around 5:20 EST (9:20 GMT)
Proof of the offense:

I had fun during my time in the 63e! Sadly, school and work have had me busy 24/7, making it virtually impossible to be an NCO, or even go to events for that matter. Good luck to the 63e, and the NW community, it was a fun experience while it lasted. "Officially" retiring from NW (Forget about what I said on the 18e thread).

So I guess it was our 1 year birthday 2 days ago with the community we now have. So props to that, am making a video for it probably up by this weekend.. the rest has again been ROME 2
