Nowadays, a company sergeant would be a First Sergeant, a regimental sergeant-major a sergeant major.
Queensman is the same as Kingsman, only it'd be when the ruler was female (obviously)
I do not think highlander is a rank, rather an indication of that someone is from the Scottish highlands.
Lance corporal wasn't a rank until 1961 in the British military, and is indeed an enlisted man, rather a non-com.
Anyway, it doesn't matter, as it is custom within this community to not have more than one clan have the same regiment. The 91st Argyllshire is already taken, so unless you're in a diferent timezone region, I'd advise you, OP, to pick another name for this regiment.

We are simply laughing a bit when seeing this, and the owner himself doesn't seem to take himself very seriously given the nature of his comments.
