Title: Native Americans in NAS?

So I was doing a Commander Battle today and I noticed, as CSA, you can apparently lead Natives in the Commander Battle. Is this only for Commander Battle or is this one of those special skins only unlocked if you join a certain regiment?

It's a special skin viewable in commander battle.
