Hello!
First off, thanks for the continued presence on the server, it is good to know that this mod still has players! And I do apologize for any downtime that has happened due to the server. However there are also a lot of times when the servers are down due to Taleworld's Master Server being down, or Taleworlds messing with their game and resulting in servers being inaccessible. Whilst this is very much an annoyance (especially as it has meant that so far three North and South Linebattles have been forced to postpone due such) this is something that neither I nor anyone can deal with. It is purely a Taleworlds issue. Though if someone could tell them to do it at a more manageable time and not during the weekends when the majority of large events are scheduled I would be most grateful as would many regimental CO's and event organizers!
Second, due to Forgotten Honor now hosting both major EU North and South Linebattles, I am closing the Anglo-Zulu section of the server earlier on Saturdays and starting to close it on Tuesdays late afternoon/early evening. This is to allow other North and South regiments, event hosters and armies time to practice and train and have a bit of fun before the start of the Linebattle. As such starting next Tuesday the server will be running North and South on Tuesdays between 1700-2300 GMT (BST when applicable) and on Saturdays between 1700-2330 GMT (BST when applicable).
I apologize for the inconvenience but I feel that this is not only fair usage of community resources but allows them to be utilized the fullest.
Third, I wish to reiterate that those members who are banned when the server is running AZW are also automatically banned when it is running North and South. And no one will be unbanned for a specific event. Now you can always request an unban and have a talk with me but if at the end I feel you do not deserve to be unbanned, then you will not. This also goes the other way, if you are banned when the server is running North and South you are also automatically banned when it is running AZW, however most bans during N&S will be event hosters and will only be temporary. If, however, they do issue a permanent ban then you can request a meeting with myself and the event hoster to discuss it.
This is to allow the Event Hoster to give meaningful punishments whilst also allowing the user to play the mods they want.
Fourth, I am considering starting an AZW event to be scheduled on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday, if people are interested then it will go forward but I would like to know if it is something people would like before committing to it!

TL:DR
Taleworlds is screwing up everyones servers, can someone stop them?
New Server Times of Closure due to North and South.
A reminded than bans on AZW automatically count for N&S and vice versa.
Possibility of new AZW event W/Th/F, are people interested?
