After discussing with all involved parties, and given the fact that the Nr.4 has played a CNWL match with a player (Odiin) that had already played a match in another regiment involved in the CNWL, it has been decided that the Nr.4 will lose one point in the table of points, as a penalty for not checking if their player was allowed to partake in their CNWL matches (no malicious attitude was shown by the Nr.4, I simply think it was a lack of attention). I thank everyone who helped me solve this case by giving me evidence, and I thank the Nr.4 for understanding and taking consequence of their fault. The player mentioned above, of course, is not allowed to take part in the remaining matches of the Nr.4.

Took a bit but its been resolved.
Thanks to Felix from the Nr.4 for offering a Sorry for the Invite. It's unfortunate to see that a person that was relieved from our roster decided that this was the best course of action. But we trust that this wasnt malicious intent by the Nr4.
