You should join a regiment first then see what they do. You need to have good experience and If you don't know how to sign your regiment for events then you shouldn't start one because there are harder things to do and you cant even sign a reg up

Better that he joins a regiment that is doing well and at least study what makes a good leader for a week and how to actually run a regiment before attempting to do so blindly. Unless you have previous experience in other games which I doubt as it is pretty easy to read a few stickies, look through the event section of the forum and understand how to find and apply for events.

When i first started leading/ Being an NCO in a regiment i was promoted fast after we split from the 54e, And i just asked a few friends for abit of help, Atleast make sure you have some off those once you start a regiment people that can help out!

+1.95 * 10²³ Sadly our community is infested with little kids setting up their own regiments (which only last like two weeks anyway haha), without actually being skilled enough in-game, or experienced enough in terms of running a reg, just so that they can become commander for a while and get to boss someone around for the first time in their lives. Jesus, and then we ask why the community is breaking apart and dying.

Anyone remember 32nd Marines? No? Too bad.
