Really loving the progress!
Are you familiar with the cavalry animations in Blood & Iron? They would really fit your mod here. They would help with the charge of the light brigade immersion :p

I took a break from scenemaking and made a couple of uniforms

Russian marine artillery (wearing pea coat)

Russian 1st category arrestant (summer and winter uniform). Arrestants volunteered for building of fortifications and fighting. (In my mod it will be one of skins for sapper)

Unfortunatelly, I can't have a plan, because I don't have enough free time for modding on a regular basis. I hope to release alpha version of mod on 8th September (which is the day of the last assault on Sevastopol) or on 20th September (the day of the first battle in the Crimean campaign, battle of Alma), but I can't promise anything, sometimes progress is very slow.

For a long time I work on surroundings of the scene, and finally it looks like something to show




Of course, it requires more work and time, shaping and making UVW's, so work cotinues :)
