If you could be anyone in history for one day, who would it be and why?


I’ll go first. I’d probably like to be Julius Caesar on the day he crossed the Rubicon, or hell anybody in Caesar’s army really. Leading troops into Rome changed Western history forever and I’d love to see what it was actually like for those men on that day.

Either that, or an East Berliner the day the Wall came down. To see the Iron Curtain fall.

Off Topic / The Ultimate Sweatlord's Guide to PC Optimization

In response to some feedback, I've decided to put this here before the introduction. Keep a close eye on your temperature when conducting the more advanced maneuvers in this guide. I recommend a running temperature of no higher than 75 degrees Centigrade. Above this you may start to notice performance decreases. Anything above 90 degrees Centigrade is straight up dangerous.




In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I've decided to revisit a topic that has given many pc users the slip. The phrase "how to speed up computer" has approximately 8,100 searches on google, yahoo and other search engines every single month, yet for most there is nothing in the way of definitive answers. While cleaning up unused files, defragging your hard drive and deleting browser history are often recommended, these seldom increase gaming performance by any noticeable amount. Are you tired of working all day on your sapper fort with no recognition to show for it?

FEAR NO MORE!

Sapper Tournament is simple, fun and 100% historically accurate.

Contestants will have 1000 build points to build the best fort they possibly can and will be voted on by a panel of judges on a point scale, with a maximum possible 10 points per judge awarded. The sapper with the best fort wins!

The Mess Hall / Proposal: NA vs EU tournament

I am wondering if another competition between NA and EU is something players would like to see/participate in. I am willing to help organize it and offer prize money if that is something that appeals to players.

Do you think there should be another NA vs EU event? If so, how should it be structured? When would it be a good time to host? Should there be prize money? If so how much? Let me know your thoughts and opinions.

Jag undrar om en annan konkurrens mellan NA och EU är något spelare skulle vilja se/delta i. Jag är villig att hjälpa till att organisera det och erbjuder prispengar om det är något som tilltalar spelare. Tror du att det bör finnas en annan NA vs EU händelse?
