General Info

The 19e Regiment of Foot, (Le Régiment de la 19e d'infanterie) is a newly established North American Line Infantry regiment, (though we do occasionally take specialist roles). Dedicated to being as good as we can be. We are looking for members of the NW Community who are mature and active willing to join our regiment. Your skill level is totally irrelevant in this scenario, we take whoever we can and try to get them to be the best that they can be in the game of Napoleonic Wars.

We have trainings so that our recruits can get more experienced members of the 19e to pass down their knowledge and skill of the game and for older members to hone their own skills. We usually go Line Infantry in most line battles that we attend. The officers in this regiment are very experienced and are trained to help you have the best NW experience possible.

Interested in joining our ranks? Joining us is a very simple process, just add one of the two leaders of the regiment down below. We're always looking for new recruits, however, as much we like to have fun and mess around, during line battles, you are expected to maintain at least a mediocre level of maturity and discipline.

Rules and What to Know

1. Keep the trolling to a minimum, we all love to mess around and have a good time, and that's encouraged, but during line battle's, and especially 1v1's you are expected to be serious and mature. 2. Recruit, go around NW, on different servers (which permit it) and send out a recruitment message or two. The 19e is always looking for new members and won't hesitate to accept someone. 3. Attend events, a minimum attendance of 2 events per week is required for promotions above Soldat de Deuxieme (Private). 4. Have fun, that's the only real purpose of the regiment, to have a good time in NW and outside of the game, feel free to play a game of EU4 with some of us or whatever game you fancy. The 30th (Cambridgeshire) Regiment of Foot **Saturday Line Battle**

General
The goal of this line battle is to have a fun Saturday night, we are looking for mature and disciplined regiments who can and will attend weekly to sign up for this event. With this, any rule breakers will be banned. We allow Line Infantry, Skirmishers/Rifles and Artillery but no other classes, the rules are stated below. This event takes place at 8PM EST and will last until 9PM, we will play 2 maps, switching when one nation gets three points, if time allows we will start a 3rd map with these settings.

Generic Rules

- No trolling or being a jerk in the in-game chat. This rule will be enforced strictly.
- Rambo's will be slain. A rambo is a single player who leaves their line and roams around the map.
- A line with less than 3 people must join another line.
- Do not officer aim.
- No FOL or FOC
- Do not spam the all chat, doing so will result in a kick.

Class Limits and Rules

Line Infantry

- 6-30 (min-max)
- Can form a double rank line with at least 10 people
- 1/2 Man spacing except for when charging
- No member of the line may discharge their rifle unless in a formation.
^ - An officer, however, is free to fire their pistol at their own discretion.

Skirmishers/Rifles

- 5-12 (min-max)
- 5 Man spacing at most.
- Can fire on the charge.
- May not fire out of a skirmisher formation.
- Can use the scenery (rocks/trees) as cover.

Artillery

- 4-10 (min-max) (Includes guards)
- May use regular cannons or howitzers, though only 1 of each.
- Artillery guards don't have to form a line to fire, though they must stay close to the cannons and each other.
- Artillery guards must leave their cannon/howitzer if everyone who can fire it is dead, they will act under the rules of Line Infantry.

General
