You can't just make regiment with similar name if you other regiment doesn't allowe you. This is Holy law!

Let me split this into why they should be allowed to keep the name.

  • It's a different faction
  • It's a different regiment name
  • They both have different tags
  • Referring to Henri's point about the 91st & 92nd, that  can apply here also.

If the 7te are so whiny about someone creating a regiment with a somewhat similar name, why don't they change their own?
