Any of you all want to crowdfund a CSGO team?
Check out my YT channel where I post NW www.youtube. com/c/CluelessWill
Spoiler
god damn, Anthony is smart, he was able to get the shit AEF to tie with the best reg in the game. The tactical geniusness needed to pull off such a feat is insane. He's the Erwin Rommel of NW.
i always get an erection when i check my subscrptions and see that phresh cluelesswill vid
It won't be FSE developing it, so it will come out!

I can't tell if Liquid is falling off or NRG is just this good.

Liquid surprised me and came back. I know they have a tendency to lose the 1st map and rebound the other two but it seemed really telling of NRG's potential. I still think that NRG needs to replace Fugly, and if it was a dream pick: bntet.

On top of that tendency, they played one of the best team on Overpass. Despite the rather one-sided scoreline, it was expected from pretty everyone that NRG would take this map, especially after the strong come-back they made on the first side. The worrying factor for me was Inferno where Liquid was clearly favourite and still struggled to take the victory, which to me is a clear indication of their current weak form. NRG can have lots of regrets not being able to close it 2-0 but that's also why Liquid is still a Top3 team (and not 'ass' as Mr Britcunt so nicely put it out). You can't just let them underperform, you also have to play at your best on eventually all three maps.

Either way, this is clearly Liquid's tournament to lose but I am not too worried. NRG is clearly the biggest threat in the whole tournament. If BIG wakes up and trash Gambit (which I expect them to do), then this could get interesting, but anything but a win would be clear underperformance from Liquid and they are not at a state where they can allow themselves to throw T2 tournaments.

Wasn't worried, not even a second.  8)

Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often.

They also beat Optic 16-14 in their opening match but not sure how to answer your question. Technically speaking, they have the worst HLTV ranking out of all the remaining teams in that tournament (#49), closely followed by x6tence Galaxy (#48).

But yeah, Bo1s often have random outcomes, lets way to see what they have to offer in Bo3s.

Honestly looked like a bit of both. Bravado had an outstanding CT and most of them looked like very solid aimers individually. On the other hand G2 was doing quite well up until T side and then they just looked FLAT, literally no strategy other then rush outside or rush squeaky. I think they took ramp control MAYBE 1 round? They also didn't slow down the pace until the last few rounds and by then it was way to late.

That being said i think the biggest mistake G2 made was allowing Nuke to be played in a bo1. Its a much more strategic map then some of the other choices and Bravado obviously have more time together as a team and a deeper pool and playbook. So i do not understand why tf G2 would want to play Nuke of all maps vs them. I feel like ANYTHING else would have been a better choice.

Hopefully G2 can beat OpTic or ENCE tomorrow and make the playoffs.

Bravado always play well in MDL etc. so it doesn't surprise me that G2 choked again.
