I'd like to apply for a job as an admin on your server. I play very often on this server and I think it's together with the Roleplay server, one of the best in Mount&Blade: Warband Napoleonic Wars.
I often saw trolls or teamkillers on a server and every time, I tried to stop them. Sometimes they heart to me but often they ignored me.
So if you don't have a power just as an admin, you can not stop those guys. That's why I'd like to become an admin on the server. I want to make the server better, free from trolls or other "evil" people and help all the other players.

Some years agho, I had a regiment called "20te Lützowsche Freikorps", which was succesfully, even if I was very young. Why would you be a good admin: Going to start of that compared to some people who've successfully applied I've only been playing on the Killbox server for a short period due to only discovering it a few days ago. Onto why I should be a good admin :P. I was an admin on the last NW Melee tournament hosted by McPero. I consider myself to have good knowledge of the in game admin panel. I have witnessed a few times on the Killbox where there hasn't been an admin and as a result the server resulted in chaos where I've only been able to try to restore sanity by using the ingame chat (to some success and to some not). I am a frequent user of groupfighting servers such as the Killbox, I frequently visit the many Groupfighting servers there are now. You may also find me my own reg's melee server. As a result on frequenting a number of groupfighting related servers I understand how they operate.
About yourself: First of I am 18 and can only speak English (I did do a teeny weeny bit of Spanish at school but I would 100% I am not fluent in it). I live in Wales currently (I am English but am currently at a welsh university). I've been playing Warband since about August time but have been involved with it (i.e. know a number of players within the community) for about a year before I finally playing the game. Why would you be a good admin : I play often on your server but there is too many troller and TeamKiller and nerver admin connected. I think I can be a good admin because I speak 3 languages (German,English,French ; i'm french). I already managed game servers (B&I, and for my NW Legion). I'm connecting something like 20 mintues per day at week and 1 hours (minimum) at Week-End. I think that a French admin can be useful because there is lot of french players on your server who don't really understand english and german.

Why would you be a good admin: Although the duration of my time in this community is nor as lengthy or as experienced as others i find myself to be a friendly, polite and honest member of it always seeking to aid others. The server itself has been a favourite of mine for a lengthy period of time now but my enjoyment on it is constantly interrupted by those unwilling to abide by the rules; not only does this affect me but also those also playing alongside me. Of course admins cannot be on all the time and that is not expected of them however there are always time frames of which trolls tend to come on and there are no admins on such as school hours. Unfortunately for me and other frequent members this is where the frustration begins with the trolling, however, fortunately for you this is where my hours can be an advantage in ensuring that your server is troll-free during school hours which will consequent in the server's potential to satisfy others enjoyment maximized.

Well, I spend a lot of time on Killbox. It´s my favourite server. I´m friendly and I get on well with other people. I always do my best to maintain neutrality and if possible to persuade trolls to stop their "bad activity". Plus too many times it happens that those trolls appear when there is no admin on server so I could also fill the time gaps. I would take adminship more as a duty than privilege.

I found the server Killbox 3 or 4 weeks ago and since then, it was the greatest server on Napoleonic Wars for me and my friends. But sometimes there are people, that are teamkilling a lot and use too much bad language. Why I could be a good admin: I do not reckon I will be a good admin, I have never been an admin on Warband, but I have learned from how other admins take action on the Killbox servers, I know the basics of being an admin and how the system works. I basically have no wish of being an admin, but the lack of admins when I most desire it is frustrating. I rarely go to any other servers than the Killbox servers, but when I do it is mostly because of people ruining my gameplay by either killing me or making the whole enemy team succumb into darkness and murdering each other. Just having those admin right could help me and other players having a peaceful and pleasant time on the Killbox servers.

Why I could be a good admin: I do not reckon I will be a good admin, I have never been an admin on Warband, but I have learned from how other admins take action on the Killbox servers, I know the basics of being an admin and how the system works. I basically have no wish of being an admin, but the lack of admins when I most desire it is frustrating. I rarely go to any other servers than the Killbox servers, but when I do it is mostly because of people ruining my gameplay by either killing me or making the whole enemy team succumb into darkness and murdering each other. Just having those admin right could help me and other players having a peaceful and pleasant time on the Killbox servers.

Yeah, I was the one who perma-banned you, and you really deserved it. The first time you teamkilled around 2-4 people before you left the game, I promised the others in that game that I would perma ban you, but the next time I saw you on the server I pardoned you, and said that if you ever did it again I would perma you. And here we are, I personally watched when your lust for teamkilling went loose and killing 2-4 people again before you left, and again I promised the people that I would perma-ban you, so I did. I even remembered your facial expression, and the people that got teamkilled confirmed to me that you were bald with a moustache so I knew exactly who you were :)
Even though you are a reasonable guy that I have seen play fairly and good countless of times I would not suggest unbanning you before a week so that you learn your lesson. I felt really bad after banning you, but justice is sweet.

Why would you be a good admin:
1) Combined 1200 of Warband experience, with at least 150 hours of scene making and map testing, for mods such as NW, Native, and the upcoming Persistent Empires
2) Tens of hours on your server, over a wide period. I started playing this server a couple of times when I was a noobie (back when it was new), with a friend, but then abandoned it due to time constraints (with my exams). Now, I am back, and I can say that I have become a much better player (oftern dominating the leaderboards in some maps), but also one with more experience with admining- and a greater understanding of the exact rules of this server (wep other than inf. musket =kick, tk = slay. trolling results in a ban, etc.)
3) Admin of our 21o_SB_Official Server for a couple of months (since it has been hosted regularly). Today, I was promoted to Lance Corporal in my regiment, a position that is extremely important (as promotions are rare), and one which, being an NCO, carries extra responsibility. I hope that the fact that our General trusts me enough to promote me is a sign of trust, that you will appreciate as well. I am also an active member of the Persistent Empires Revival Project, having created a PE scene, and having direct contact with the main developer over the summer (BNS_Marko). As soon as the mod is released, I will apply for admin there, and hopefully be accepted immediately.
4) 1200 hours in about 400 days (a year and a bit) works out at 3 hours average per day, so you can imagine how focused and passionate I am with Warband. I hope you realise that I wish to start actively paticipating in the community, after so long, and help keep my fav server troll-less.
5) I can easily admin in the early hours of the mrning in the following month (about 8-9 am GMT), as the time difference here in Greece (Timezone GMT+2) compensates for it. On the other hand, in the UK, I will easily be available up to 1-2 am (at night) everyday (and weekends possibly).
About myelf: 17 years old, Greek, moving to England next year and starting my Upper Sixth in September in Oxford. Consistently high grades, love of tennis, debate regularly with my school's team. Go out with friends during the weekends, and play a lot of Warband during my free time (yes, that is the only game I play, ever, ever, and Im getting ok at it :D)

Why would you be a good admin: hmm, what actually makes a "good" admin? All i can say is that i am a quite active person on the Napoleonic wars expansions that likes to play alot on the killbox server but dislikes the fact that many times there are no admins on, that is probably the main reason i apply.What my regards my admin experience, I am a CO of the 21o line infantry regiment for quite a while and i have hosted/admined its server for about 16 months.In the position of Captain i have dealt with a lot of "strange player" situations before qite succesfully in most of the cases.
About yourself: I can characterize my self as "weird". I have a certain affection for rules/laws and many times i may also be unforgiving -sometimes even when not really needed- and not the best prank guy obviously, also i can be freindly and helpfull when needed ...and...Should i be admin on the killbox server I am pretty sure many a troll will call me a badmin sooner or later, thats for sure. Apart from the above i am also active in the modding community. I started by helping out the Battle for Yugoslavia mod by making weapon modells, later i help with the major update of the Bello Civili mod and currently i am a member of the delopment team for the Persistan Empires mod

My Mouse slipped, and I banned 2nd_Guards_Rct_Hipster at 14:30 GMT 21/08/2014. I meant to ban the player Kemal, for repeated THing and tking at his spawn, over the course of three maps, but the list updated and I seem to have pressed to wrong name (Hipster was below him I think).
I am terribly sorry for this unfortunate mistake, and I immediately apologised to his regiment buddy, who was in the game. Please unban him ASAP, as he did nothing wrong, and It's truly my fault for being so careless. This will not be repeated ever again.

I started playing with ~5 Friends M&B NW and we searched together a Server with Teamkill /on/ and 0 People around this Time we found the Server KillBox and joined. after we played some rounds normal and then we started "Trolling" under us... we killed us some times and rejoined after Autokick then it went very unhappy for me... a Admin (i dont know the namy anymore) was the whole time in spec. mode while this time other player joined as well but we / I never attacked them!!! only us 6... the Admin time banned 2 of my Friends and went then to me he asked me why i did this and i tried to explain him that we are Friends and did this for fun because no People was there and we/I will never do this again... but he perm. banned me .
I was shocked but i knew why... I ignored the rules from the Server... the Admin did just his Job
I did a mistake... I got a ban and I wanna say sorry to the Admin/ The Server.
I never wanted to hurt anyone it was just in our small Group a "Fun Act"

Why would you be a good admin: The reason i think i would be a good admin is because: I have almost 1000 hours of NW game play and i know how to model game items(Weapons, Background items) and items and get them in game and i can make scenes in the scene editor(Maps), I have been Admin on a Jail_Break server so i have Experience. I can speak Basic French and German so i might be able to understand the people who can't speak english very well. And also i speak very good english and can spell correctly when typing and can usually make up what people who have spelt thing's wrong say. I am a Admin who will give someone a few chances and then if they still Teamhit or teamkill. I will be strict to them and make them know that they can't get get away with trolling. I Am very active and play NW and other mods and stuff like that :) I am also on the forums a fair bit so if people have question they post that i know the answer to. I will be happy to help them :D

Why I could be a good admin: I do not reckon I will be a good admin, I have never been an admin on Warband, but I have learned from how other admins take action on the Killbox servers, I know the basics of being an admin and how the system works. I basically have no wish of being an admin, but the lack of admins when I most desire it is frustrating. I rarely go to any other servers than the Killbox servers, but when I do it is mostly because of people ruining my gameplay by either killing me or making the whole enemy team succumb into darkness and murdering each other. Just having those admin right could help me and other players having a peaceful and pleasant time on the Killbox servers.

Why would you be an good admin:I am an serious Gamer. In case of Mount and Blade Warband I almost got 900 hours ,around 800 in Napolonic Wars i intensively used this time to train players, train myself , have fun and also create regulatory.I love to have fun and to improve myself on servers like Killbox or Groupfight (I love this 2 servers).Because I love this servers and I know that trolls can be very annoying and players can lose fun on that servers. So the 1st point why I apply is that I want to stop trolling whenever I see it. But i know the difference between trolling and having fun and I also try to communicate before I am using admin stuff like kick or ban or(do not wonder I am talking about my old officer activity and event organisation )... .The next point is I am good in speaking and understand languages and short formes so I can communicate very well.My german is perfect because i live in Germany and also was born in Germany. My exact location is Saxony and I do not just speak normal German ,I also understand and speak bavarian german,saxon german,and also fractions of prussian words .About my knowledge of english following would be to say I am learning english for years now ,I take part in school projects and also taking part in special courses and also in an project called Cambridge and I will probably end this one with an award in this year so my english skills are nearly same like my german ones.In my next year I will also take part in french lessons and will learn frech words soon, so that would be an plus i guess.If I would become an amin i would never abuse my powers that is also one think why I apply as an admin I mean not all admins are doing that I also got some good friends which are admins on that server but I can not understand why some admins have to talk about what they did yesterday or talking about other silly stuff in admin chat you should only use that chat for saying hello or goodbye that the players know that an admin is here /is going and I hate it if admins change the server settings like 50 round per map that is unnecessary so I mean you can contact with the players but I will never feel like god and always abuse admin chat and always try to talk in an calm way to players on that server not to ban immediately .But if someone is not behaving even if I warned him i am not shy to ban people.The next point why I would be an good amin is that I earned this 900 hours in like 8 months so I am very active in NW and would probablly be on the server everyday.I want people to have fun and not be afraid of other admins or trolls.I also know know the differnce between sarcasm and fun.
