We used to have both Dallas & Chicago locations, however there wasn't much activity on them. We moved our primary location to New York as the performance we can provide would be top-quality. We've been looking around to re-introduce the Chicago location and we could possibly have that location back up this month if we can find a good datacenter to house our server.

Around New-York-ish is always a good location to start with, gives a great ping to most Americans.
Most Americans, looking at statistics, live on the North/east side of NA. Thus satisfying most Americans.

Look at the regional groupfighting, it's may be heavier on the east coast slightly, but there's definitely a lot of pacific and central people
We're currently looking into a Chicago location, however if a majority of our clients would rather have a server in Chicago, we'll drop the NY location and focus on a Chicago location. The main reason we provided our servers in NY was due to the performance we could provide; servers would be able to run 200 slot servers without any lag.
Our Chicago server should be up and running by the end of this week! Heres the specs:E3-1270v232 GB
