It's carrying cargo and had some sort of failure, it's expected with that sort of low altitude climbing so high.

The description says it happened April, but on the video it says 2/1.

Yeah I think that is what happened. One of the comments I saw earlier  said the same thing

Well the date on YouTube is the date it was uploaded to YouTube not the day it happened :P
