I love the old Stronghold games and something called "The Guild 2"
They are both very fun games.

It varies all of the time, but Rome Total War never seems to get old for me. Fallout is good as well of course.

What is wrong with Shogun 2 Total war? It was better than Medieval2.

Haha, I'll agree Shogun 2 was better than Medieval 2. That being said I despise both of them ;)

It's very variable (pun intended) but the game I play the most right now other than NW, is probably CKII.

That said, I've also been playing quite a bit of Planetside 2, Endless Space, Roma Surrectum II, EUIII, and Stronghold Crusader.

Also like Star Wars Battlefront 2 veeeery much, as well as M2TW, specifically TATW, and Assassin's Creed 3. (I don't have it yet :'( but I know I'll adore it.)

Past Medieval II, I have lost interest in the series, they have changed a lot of what I loved from the older games.
But I do have high hopes for Rome 2
