Title: Animation bug
Post by: Hybrid on May 19, 2018, 10:51:58 pm
With good ping or without good ping i still have the same animation bug. I've tried to following:

- Rerolling drivers
- reinstalling the game
- Go to windowed mode and change the device thing
- validating
- Copying other warband data from people (just in case something was corrupted)
- Configuring options in start up menu and in-game
- defragging my pc
- Change resolution, checked all my drivers later if everything was up to date.
- And some more stuff....

Here is my result what i get in warband overall:

I've tried almost everything but it doesn't work for me. I have no clue how to fix this. If someone can help me i would really appreciate it. Everything was fine, but then my screen in-game froze and now i play like this all the time..

It seems like a server lag to me or generally lag

Does it happens on any other server too?

Devs shouldn't touch the melee. Melee is more alpha state currently than what it was before.

Anyone got a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060? If so, can you upload a SS from the settings and send it in here? I can try to compare them..

Theres no fix for it, everyone gets it at some point.

If there was a fix for it somebody would have figured it out a while ago.

the melee has a lot more bugs and glitches now than before. Like a lot.

the devs are trolling us and fucked up the melee on purpose.

Probably packet loss, I have it quite frequently and it makes my game lag out for a moment like in your video. You can check it out by doing the following:

Open a command prompt on a client PC, via the Start Menu search for "cmd".
Type "ping -n 20 8.8.8.8".
This will ping the address 8.8.8.8 20 times. Substitute 8.8.8.8 with whatever address must be tested to.
Once the command has run, a summary will be presented indicating if loss occurred.
If no loss occurred, try increasing the "-n" value to something higher (such as 100) to test for a longer period of time.

If you do have packet loss, try tightening up your network cables with a tape and see if it helps.

Thats not packet loss, Packet loss would have EVERYTHING teleporting. As it means you are dropping received packets as well as sent.

Yeah but you can't see on that video if everything is teleporting or not, so I assumed it was.
