Hello. I Am Colonel Lawrence. I have been an officer in Seven NW regiments and was the Colonel of my own 150 member 49e NW Regiment. I am looking to make a well organized group that is willing to be discipline but also have fun. My steam is 39thNY_Lawrence with a picture of Lawrence Chamberlain Charging at Gettysburg. History of the Regiment

The 39th New York was assembled in 1861 by the special authority of the War Department and was formed a few months later. The 39th saw little action in 1861-1862, but made its name at Gettysburg. The regiment bravely held off some of Pickets Charge and Captured three Rebel battle flags. The regiment was rewarded for its valor. Throughout the rest of the civil war the regiment saw much action, and again helping the Union win victories.
