No. He has been in the 18th for quite a while now.

I'm 99% sure he was in the 63e...

When talking to Russianfury about being part of the "18th" dream team, he unhesitatingly said yes, as can be confirmed by the whole 18th. Even though he is still going to be wearing your tags and not ours and not be in our steam group and not LB with us, he is def ours now and you cant have him back.
