Well. We were going to. And I still hope that we can.

But the guy that was supposed to register us apparently screwed up and forgot. So now we are not signed in.

Not entirely clear yet, no one seems to know anything. I am really pissed.

I also wore gloves (without fingertips) into battle. To keep my hands more or less clean and to protect my hands against burns and cuts from the flint.
But I was carrying a gun ofc, not sure why he needs them.

I was planning on going to Jena, my unit at least was. But it now seems that afterall nobody wants to go and I actually have no idea if we are even signed up. So, probably no.

If you are... Can we take your spots pretty please? Fabian or so can probably take you to Jena too.  Though I am not sure where exactly you live in the NL.

I am almost certain that we aren't signed up, but I could try to inquire about it. Maybe there's a change, but don't hope for it.

I think sometimes it helps to be in an old and well known reenactmentclub  Also our uniforms might look a bit like the prussian fusiliers for some not so well knowing persons

which is a bit .... Nah, I don't say anything.  I won't be at Jena, cause I am 1813 and the week after is Leipzig, which will be much smaller caused by Jena.... 
Also my unit had some problems back in 2006, where even Landwehr took part in the battle. Probably, because the Landwehr were in a big prussian line, where the rest have worn shako withouth Cover. 

(beside, there was only one proper 1806 line back there, the other 2 where the Landwehr-Line-Infantry and a mixed line containing 1813 Prussian guard, 1806/1813 Saxon Guard and a 7-year-wars-line)

Oh god  There you see why Reenactment-Lines in pre-1813 events often look ridiculous
