The 13thRS have been removed from the competition due to their behaviour in the last match they played in. Their replacement will be the 23e. Thanks to Hursty for agreeing to redo their first week match vs the 23e, and 82e please rearrange your match with the 23e instead of the 13thRS.

              Let me explain our behaviour in the last match we played in,

because we don't troll or do thinks like that without a good reason and the reason for that is the admin you found for our match (i won't give name) who doesn't know the rules of the 1v1 but he is allowed admin like many of us apparently slaying our mans cuz off "rambo" in his point of view 2 times in a raw when the 2nd time was perfect in line with us? does these stuff looks fair for you ? i feel bad that i ddin't record it to have a proof  against the badmin we had and i won't continue this discussion anymore cuz doesn't worth ...and no need for another post  in regards for us we are competitive we play with honor we lose with honor but when an admin search for reasons to make us lose and favors the enemy team cuz they are old friends ...doesn't look ok for me or for others I suppose.
   And yeah we throw up the match cuz of that the admin was against us after he done that we just stopped the line and do nothing ...if you call that a troll when the admin you gave us was trying to make us loosing cuz why not as i mentioned above is nice to have your good friends as admin at events I wished my friend was admin there aswell XD anyway i want this to be understanded by everyone WE ARE NOT TROLLS we accept any 1v1/gf/cav gf  even if we win or lose we will have honor and be decent with the regiment/team we faced because we respect our opponents BUT  we hate those kids who are against us without any good reasons. I hope at the next matches you bring more than 2 admins and not both from the same regiment while one stayes AFK and the other one is doing what he wants.
    We apologize in front of Nr.55 for our behaviour cuz they had honor and we don't have anything against them. GG guys wish you the best !!
I hope they will fix this problem and if you accuse us of bad behaviour show us the proff man before accusing us like that show everyone what have happend before saying something. That is all i had to say.From now on what is done is done.Have a nice day !!

, it was NOT your RANKERS trolling that caused you to be removed. Quite the opposite, in fact it was actually the leadership of the 13thRS.

Not only were yuu insulting the referees, might I add SaKe I have logs of YOU specifically calling them idiots in Romanian thinking you are clever. I have chat logs of other officers and I quote:

"Fucking retard administrator n***ers slaying for no reason"

If you disagree with an admins call you are to report it to a host so it can be dealt with properly. Just as the 1y did in the issue that they also had yesterday.

I also have evidence of your officers telling your members to fire a volley after a melee had been going on for 30 seconds.

As I explained to WhyPhy on steam, I understand that some things were also said by Nr55, Hursty can confirm I sent logs to him and asked him to prevent that from happening again, but it's one thing talking some silly stuff in chat from rankers, that can be dealt with. It's when the officers do it, then Ordering others to break rules on purpose is when we simply cannot tolerate it.

Anyways, please wait for me to return home on a few hours after this wedding is over and I will gladly give you all the evidence and anything else that you might want explaining.

Also; I don't want to see any comments to this from anyone who is a 13THRS officer, myself, Gi or Hursty.

I dont want to see any more posts from 13th or anyone else regarding the issue. 13th have failed to acknowledge how they handled the event completely the wrong way.

This should be obvious but I will spell it out anyway;

The referees are there out of their own free time to spectate YOUR matches. They stand nothing to gain by what 13thRS says is "Ruining their match on purpose".

The officer of a line charging early to stop the enemy from firing is of course rambo and against the rules. As soon as 1 person charges, your line must stop shooting. Griggs was slain for this on the 8th round, cried like a little girl, did it again on purpose next round, then on order of an officer proceeded to Fire in charge upto 20 seconds into the melee: Highlighted below.

As Unfortunately neither the 13th nor the Nr55 could provide me a video of the match, I have had to go off what the logs and my attending referee's (3 of them I might add) say. All point towards the 13thRS handling the situation poorly. If you don't agree with a referee's call, then report it to a host with some evidence and depending on the circumstances it can be dealt with nice a civil. Rather than just posting paragraphs of broken English saying "Oh well we know we did wrong, we won't apologies for it though!!!"

I will add with regards to the Nr55, there were some poor language in the chat from some of them instigating. This has been relayed to their leader, Hursty who has spoken to the people to make sure it doesn't happen again. That is the appropriate way to deal with it.

I won't post it here, but the person who has been trying to I suppose defend the 13thRS (poorly), SaKe also typed this aimed at our admins:

The EIC Administration will not and never have tolerated this sort of behavior towards not just referee's but anyone. This tournament is made to be a fantastic middle ground offering a competitive environment for all tiers of regiments. If we allow silly behavior like this, it undermines what myself, Gi and Midnight want from this tournament.

EIC might seem overly strict with some rules, ID's etc. Its all just to hold up the integrity of the tournament. If we let things like this happen it ruins the 100's of hours I put into EIC creation and administration. Just remember, if you cant be respectful towards the people that take hours out of their day to offer you a tournament when there are no others, then there are other regiments who can be trusted to do so. Such as:

23e although being recently reformed, is a long standing regiment in NW, featuring many French veterans and new generation players alike. Doing 1v1's against them were always enjoyable back in 2014-15 with the 18e, I trust that under the leadership of Mat it will continue even 3 years later! Big thanks to 23e for joining in on short notice, although they had expressed some interest beforehand.

Another big thanks to Hursty and Nr55 for agreeing to replay their first match and dropping their win against 13th to allow 23e to come in Fresh.

Like previously said, the decisions are made and they are final. All attending regiments please remember to treat everyone in EIC the way you would want to be treated as a regiment.
