First, I watched you kick the teammate several times, just to troll, that is why you were slayed. Then, you called me a "faggot" which is why you were TEMP BANNED. As for your friend, after I had typed in chat, no homophobic slurs or insulting admins, he went and did just that, which I then permanently banned him for, for breaking 3 rules at once. "Defiance and disrespect of admin and homophobic slurs."

I appreciate you responding to my post so quickly. 

It is a hard argument for me to make against this perma ban, calling someone a "faggot" is pretty straight forward.  I am more or less asking for a second chance.  I promise you this will not happen again.  A perma ban is the highest punishment that can be made, is there anyway the ban can be reduced? A week ban, a month ban? 

I hope you did not take Phoenix's insult to heart.

We were playing in Official US 1 today.  It all started when I was in the top of a church bell tower, there is only one small staircase in order to leave the bell tower.  A teammate was blocking me inside for a long time and would not move.  I kicked him in order to leave, and my luck it killed my teammate.  Kicks do very small damage and it was not aimed at team killing in any way.  I was then slayed and then temp banned, I understand this it looked as if I team killed intentionaly due to it being a kick, and I accept this temp ban.

My friend, 9th_Sgt_Phoenix then foolishly typed "fag" in chat and was instantly perma banned.  We have not played this game in a while and were not up to date on the server rules.  In other servers in M&B: Warband arguing with admins is acceptable, we now see that it is not here.  You guys take your rules seriously and we both respect that.

We do realize we both broke the official rules after viewing them on the website afterwards and are asking for a little mercy here.  This will not happen again from either of us.
