Does one apply to join a team or do the captains just pick and choose?

I will be running it the same as every year, I will pick a starting lineup of around lets say, 5 or so then the rest will be taken to trials. See how everyone gets on working together etc. Then me and a few of the starting 5 will pick who we think is best for the team.

Also yes to everyone wondering I will only be picking my friends for team GB...Maurice you got no hope then

Wouldnt it make more sense for you to allow the captains to choose the co cpts, I've never quite understood the fact that you choose both
