now that is my kinda regiment, its hard to lead disciplined regiments now because all the players have played for a while and think they're too good to follow simple rules

I can say, and with complete confidence that this is true, that a lot of people act trolly or want to join non strict regiments because of the level of competition they can compete at without being told to shut up or be quiet. Not because of a personal ego.
The game is
OLLLLD,
still bugged, and dead. People do still play for fun. Even though you might get your enjoyment from a strict organization, not everyone does.
I'm not denying that there are those type of players. But, not all of the people left in the community dont join that type of regiment just because of an ego.
