I know this is a very noobish question but how does one put pictures from a saved location in a post?

Hi, I just wanted to know if say I'm playing Anglo-Zulu Wars mod, how do I change the reload times for all weapons to match those of the original Napoleonic Wars? I don't want to change the reload animations, just the times.

What do I need to alter?
