Changing name of faction

Hello  is it possible to change the name of faction?
I looked  through file factions on my server, and i change france to
0 fac_france Ksiestwo_Warszawskie 0 13408767
Ksiestwo_Warszawskie means Duchy of Warsav, and now the thing is server is still working but  the name of the faction did not change.
What went wrong?

I believe it's client-side thing. So you cannot change it on the server and expect players to see this change. As I've said you can change it client-side in you NW directory in factions.txt file, but only you will see this change.
Btw. historically accurate name would rather be Xięstwo Warszawskie instead of Księstwo Warszawskie. You can see it for example on this seal of Minister of War. There is word xze as abbreviation of xiąże and thus xięstwo. But that's just a bit of my historical nerdiness :D
