I know, there was no point for me in changing that. Considering you only have to change the outer_terrain_plain to snow. Like is noted down with the download link. ;)

It's part of the DLC, you can retrieve it by simply removing your current Countryside files and let steam do the rest for you. :) Or if you don't want to do that you can always ask someone else who doesn't have the scene overwritten to upload it for you. I don't have an upload myself currently, and neither do I have the original countryside scene on my NW. (Replaced it)
