This week four Hussars became eligible for promotion to Veteran Hussar; Hussars Edison, Kreativer, Pliskin and Voland. In this week's trial, Edison and Voland prevailed, becoming the regiment's first members to reach the rank VHus. Congratulations to the pair of them, and good luck to the others who will be able to vie for the promotion spot again starting next Sunday.

Congratulations to Atsuque, who becomes the regiment's third Veteran Hussar, seeing off Hussar Kreativer in a close 6-4 trial match victory.

Edison receives a Ribbon of Valour for his impressive 25-1 performance against the 2e Hussards

Voland -> Ribbon of Merit

Voland receives a Ribbon of Merit for his work supporting the regiment's server and teamspeak infrastructure, and for his mapping work

The 1st Queen's Royal Hussars is rebranding as the Queen's Royal Regiment, as we are now set to contain both a hussar and an infantry company, to be counted as the QRR 1st Hussars and QRR 2nd Line Infantry respectively. Thread is updated as appropriate to reflect the transition. Roster to be updated over the next few days aiming to be complete by Sunday, our first infantry event.
