Introduction:
The 10th North Lincolshire, with thanks to the 33rd for the maps and server, is proud to be able to rehost the Tolkien Tuesday (LOTR) Event, based on the Lord of the Rings which will occur every Tuesday. The Events will consist of a mixture of siege, conquest and battle maps as can be seen on the map below, depending upon which force, whether Good or Evil, is attacking which area of Middle Earth. To get our attendees suitably immersed, we have a full complement of maps for every area on the campaign map, to keep the event feeling unique with every new action. In addition, skins have been made for the sides of good and evil, with some unique weapons for many classes as well. |
Taking Regions:
When attacking a region, a team must attack from a controlled region, to a linked enemy or contested region. If the attacking force is victorious then they will take that region.
If a contested region is attacked and the defending force is successful, then it remains contested.

Please be aware, that as this event has sieges where cavalry isn't available, or line battles where it isn't appropriate. Also there are the odd maps where arty is required - only sign up if you are willing to play as any class when the event map requires it! e.g. we would need more cav for the good forces on Pelanor Fields and so on.
