From what I can see we are talking about quite a lot of money, and while FSE can't legally do anything it could help to gather the customers who were let down.

Personally, I am not sure how I would feel about dealing with a personal matter, such as refunding, over Steam, with a character who could quite possible be just as much of a con artist as the actual "company". The unprofessionalism of this "company" is through the roof.

That's all, we can claim that the executive purposefully went off steam but even so, it won't prove them as fraudulent.

Wow come one... Don't be ridiculous. Just don't give your credit card and nothing bad can happen. If in fact you deserve a refund she will ask you to send a money request through paypal.

The way their company went down was really bad and they agree on with. The problem is that they had a series of really bad lucks during a short time of period.

They are currently trying to make it up for it. Just contact her and she will refund you.
