Regiments / I am looking for an English speaking regiment :)

So I'd like to join a regiment that:
1. Plays as line infantry, optionally lights.
2. Focuses on line battles (I wouldn't play something else i.e. groupfighting or trainings)
3. Is not small (at least 10 players per battle would be cool)
4. Has strict discipline while maintaining nice atmopsphere.
5. Has intelligent and overally amazing colonel ()

I could play line battles every day apart from Mondays at 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. GMT (British time)

Would it be difficult for you to make it replace 84e (second France unit)? They share the same statistics and equipment with Legion de la Vistule. If it isn't difficult/time-consuming, could you do it for me?

Hello, there!
As you are a skilled at modding from what I can see I'd like to ask you for doing something for me
I don't like how short rifles are and I noticed that british one looks longer (see the link) Would you be able to add this texture to all rifles in game? I know it's not important for most people but I also think it would be quite easy.

Could you also make a tricorn (see the link) hat for 84e French grenadiers? That would make them look bit like from early Napoleon's times (until Austerlitz)
