Football Manager is a series of football management simulation video games developed by Sports Interactive and published by Sega. The game began its life in 1992 as Championship Manager. However, following the break-up of their partnership with original publishers Eidos Interactive, Sports Interactive lost the naming rights and re-branded the game Football Manager with their new publishers Sega. The latest version of Football Manager was released on 10 November 2017.
The game involves taking control of a football club anywhere in the world, where you will finalise signings, craft tactics and lead your side to glory.
I noticed a number of people in the community play the game series and, since I'm not sure the football thread is the best place for discussions on it, I thought I'd make a dedicated thread.
